One step forward, two steps back again.

1- Reflection.
This can last up to 3 days. reflect on the times you’ve had making the mess you’re situated in.


2-Observation.
Observe the mess, and make a note of anything that should be taken away first, before going onto phase 3

3- Pile everything in centre of room.
After getting rid of dying food and such, just pile everything in one place. makes everything but one place tidy, automatic progress.

4- Sorting things out.
Main piles; clothes, food&drink, rubbish, paper and other.

5- Do something else.

This can last up to several weeks, maybe even months. Take breaks though, including eating and sleeping.

6- Work on Piles until they are gradually gone.
